Cheryl Hines

Cheryl Ruth Hines was born on the 21st of September of 1965 in Miami Beach, Florida, to Rosemary (Graham) and James Hines, and grew up in Tallahassee, Florida. She went to West Virginia University as well as Florida State University before graduating from University of Central Florida. She was a theater and TV production. It was not until she moved in Los Angeles and studied at the Groundlings Theater that she felt she had really learned anything regarding comedy. Lisa Kudrow was her first tutor. She was taught how to perform improv and write comedy sketches. The experience has helped her prepare for the part of Larry David's wife on HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000).
